The Norwich Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and strategic oversight of the Chamber in accordance with the organization's bylaws.
 

The Board is comprised of the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer, Communications Director, Secretary, and a minimum of nine (9) and a maximum of fifteen (15) Directors.
 

Each member of the Board holds one equal vote in all Board proceedings and decision-making processes.
